Founder & Principal
Justin Bogorad leads all aspects of the firm's investment strategy — from sourcing and underwriting new opportunities to overseeing asset management and financial reporting. His background spans over five years in real estate, including three years in commercial real estate, giving him a well-rounded perspective across most asset types.
Justin holds both an MBA and a Master of Science in International Real Estate (MSIRE) from Florida International University (FIU). His analytical foundation, combined with hands-on experience in acquisitions and operations, supports JFB Capital's focus on disciplined growth, transparency, and long-term value creation.

Florencia Olivera brings a unique blend of design insight and lending expertise to JFB Capital. With a focus in design consulting, she ensures each project is approached with a strong sense of function, aesthetics, and end-user appeal. Her experience as a loan specialist also adds valuable perspective to the firm's financing strategy, supporting deal structuring and borrower-lender communications.
Florencia plays a key role in bridging investment goals with real-world execution — from property presentation to financing support — helping maintain both vision and viability across each project.
